The Sierra Vista Environmental Operations Park (EOP) is open for bird walks each Sunday morning. The walks are led by docents from Southeastern Arizona Bird Observatory (SABO), Huachuca Audubon Society (HAS) and the Friends of the San Pedro River (FSPR). Participation is limited; first come, first served.
When: 7 a.m.
Where: EOP, Hwy. 90 between mileage markers 324 and 325 on the north side of the highway. Depart from viewing platform.

The Arizona Folklore Preserve features outstanding musicians in concert every Saturday and Sunday. Please check the Arizona Folklore Preserve website for a schedule of performances.

Guided Ruins Tour - Join this guided tour of the ruins and learn about those who have served and their experiences while serving at Fort Bowie. Wear attire suitable for the weather and hiking, and bring water and a snack.
1 p.m. Meet at the Visitor Center.
Where: From Willcox, travel 22 miles south on State Route 186 to Apache Pass Road. Turn left on Apache Pass Road and travel 8 miles along the dirt road to the trailhead parking lot.
